Zuerst war ich ein paar mal nur auf einen Kaffee in dem Lokal. Es kam soweit das ich mich dem Kuchenangebot nicht mehr erwehren konnte, und orderte ein Stück Sachertorte. Welche leider nur ein profaner Schokoladenkuchen mittlerer Qualität war. Eine Sachertorte hat entweder kein Mehl oder nur einen Minimalen Gehalt. Und für eine Sacher wird Edelcouverture verwendet.
