... after an hour we were no wondering! my calf was very ok, but nothing special. but the "warm potato salad" to the Austrian backhendl of my wife was a cold, mayonnaise-soaked grace on basic old kartoffels. why then even fried wobbles rested on it, remains a secret.P.s.: my wife is Austrian!.
