Called to make a to-go order. Read the reviews and saw the serving sizes and figured why not. Looked at the menu, wrote down what i was going to order, and called the store. Right off of the bat she tells me that being 9 miles away is too far, so i ask her if i can come and pick it up. "what do you want?" okay then. I ordered BBQ ribs. it's on the menu. "i don't have bbq ribs. call another store." CLICK.
