Did an online order. There 's a tracker for what stage your order is at. We waited for the Pick-up Ready (which took about 45mins after placing the order). Show up 3 minutes after being notified it 's ready, just to be told it 'll be an 8 minute wait for the chicken (that 's all we ordered). If that 's the case, then you really need to figure out how to put your order is ready when it 's actually ready! I have a feel... View all feedback.
