I had a wonderful experience ordering from Piccadilly! The food was delicious, and I was impressed with their exceptional customer service. After encountering a small issue, I decided to email the manager. To my delight, they were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to make things right. 1 server that what seems to be the manager had a very nasty attitude. I asked for fresh dressing and when it was bought out, it had been served out of and then she mixed the old with the other and I pacifically pacifically expressed that I didn't want the old dressing that looked like it had been there all day and her response was that it was all cooked at the same time and continued to mix it all together. Her demeanor was very hostile. I will not return if I see her in there. Customer service from her was awful. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful.
