this is no longer the innovative Peruvian cuisine that it was once. it is more like average Mexican and sporty combined. I knew when they gave me a laminated menu that didn't expect much. the bastard was very nice and made a decent pisco mad. the sign outside doesn't say Sardis fusion anymore, it says Sardis chicken.
