We have long been fans of Thingsy’s-they are the place in the Olympia Farmer market to get your breakfast. My favourite is the Maple Salmon Benedict (which is PERFECTION- the maple does not exaggerate the salmon), which comes with the side of the potatoes. Sad excuse for an eggs Benedict. $18 after tax credit card fee, you get 1 (halved) basic English muffin from the grocery store, 2 overcooked (non-runny) eggs, unremarkable hollandaise sauce, decent ham that was ruined by tasting like the old oil on the grill, a small scoop of incredibly blande coleslaw.
