I will start by saying I am aware everyone is short staffed. Went twice within the last few months and severely disappointed in the service. Food is the same but service has gone downhill. An unlimited soup and salad lunch should not take 2 hours from start to finish. I watched as tables around me complained to the manager about the timeliness of the service as well.
