I’ve almost stopped going out for Chinese food because there is so much bad quality fast Chinese. Rice Bowl looked like a dive from the outside and I almost turned away. Instead, I went in an enjoyed the BEST Chinese I have had in at least a decade. My server was absolutely lovely, the food was so fresh and spicy, and my leftovers were a treat the next day.
