I went yesterday and had a great experience, our server was しょたーさん Shota-San. His English was good to communicate with us and explained how to use the tablet. Also he told us which item we ordered. not recommended. The only servant speaking English is very unfriendly, others are polite. I feel poor hygiene. The ordering tablet and the sauce bottles are so sticky. I feel uncomfortable. The labeling on the menu are vague about the breed or grading of the beef. The only thing that impressed me was the thick beef tongue, but the thin beef tongue roll was like chewing gum.
