The quality of the service here has been steadily declining. There was a time not so long ago that the baristas wouldn’t let drinks or food set on the counter and get cold if you were in the far room. Now, whatever. Heard two sweet older ladies talking about how their cup was lukewarm because the baristas made no attempt to get it to them even though they never asked for their names.
