This was today really a good example how a restaurant, also around Zurich, still can be managed with customer centricity. We were eating outside, very nicely settled and decorated with plants. The food was perfect (Cordon Bleu, Carpaccio, Roast Beef, filet cubes, fried chicken) including desserts and fairly priced wines. The service was quick, friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!! I stayed at the attached hotel. No reception service, no air conditioning, awful. They make you leave your key at an permanently unattended reception so anyone can steal your belongings.
