we stayed in this restaurant as a compulsory choice, seen that Thursday in January at ORGOSOLO are practically all closed. we did not regret because we ate a great cutter mixed meats/formings with addition of artichoke patè and patè of delicious asparogi, a first of gnocchetti mushrooms and sausages also good and seadas to the good honey. I ordered fried brains with vegetables and wild boar goulash. First one was really mean, fritter tasted like it was fried for couple days however eating brains itself was pretty interesting.
