The staffing is a little unusual as there seems to be new people every time I go there, making the service slower. My Co-Workers and I frequent Extreme Pita because it is a better alternative to fast food. The food is delicious and the selection is wonderful but the staff not so wonderful. One person in particular. She is fast and efficient and always gets the order right but it would be nice to not feel like she is being bothered. No eye contact and NEVER a smile. Wish I had enough money to buy franchise, because if you saw what happened to Subway in the 90'...
