Very nice and friendly staff. I always stop by here for coffee whenever I am in Orinda. UPDATE: The new trainee sucks with people skills. Guess he should start with entry level of duties before he deals with longtime loyal customers. Negative experience like thus is why I am glad there is a Starbucks else where.
