Amazing customer service! The manager on shift lex made sure I didn’t feel rushed and answered a few menu questions I had. My 8 year old is allergic to various things and the manager explained and showed me how Arbys is one of the few places that we can trust not have to worry as much. I will definitely come back. Well the owner needs to know that the staff blew off several customers in the drive thru tonight. Staff were screaming at customers through the speaker and telling everyone that they would take care of them when they were d% good and ready. Four people including me left.
