There is sushi bar seating as well as in the bar. I sat at standard height table in the main thoroughfare as I am a people watcher. There is gracious and friendly wait service. Menu presented had selections from the Rosen Center’s 3 specialty restaurants. 98Forty tapas Tequila, Harry’s by the Pool, and Bansho I chose to order from Bansho Sushi bar and glad I did Presentation delightful. Ordered the Shrimp tempura roll, spicy tuna roll and the edamame with extra salt.. picked it up and brought it to the room. Shrimp tempura roll had no flavor, spicy tuna roll was a large piece of tuna with little to no spicy sauce or flavor.. edamame was SO overcooked with little to no salt. $54.. dollar dissapointment..
