We went early, no one else in the restaurant for almost one hour, so the service was amazing. Then a party of about 12-15 came in & it got very loud & the service sloweddown, we were on dessert by this time so it was okay. we were there for dinner Sat night, we were staying at Carriage Hills Resort for the weekend. We have eaten here in the past when it was Silks, really can't see any changes other than the name. The menu sounds tasty, however I was not impressed overall. I ordered the Wedge salad, it was made with Boston lettuce !
