What JBRTSM doesn't like about Pubblico Eatery:
Advertising states NY style pizza. It’s not. I find the cheese overpowering and the blend seems to have provolone. I could be wrong about the provolone but whatever it is, it’s too sharp and heavy. A 60/40 blend of mozzarella and oak grove brick would be better. Pepperoni had little taste and the crust was ok. I enjoyed the Philly steak sandwich with cheese sauce.
