Used to be a regular here since the late 70's until recently when I noticed, just before entering to order a take-out pizza, that the guy standing in the window alternated between rolling out dough, spreading sauce and affixing toppings between wiping his nose or his forehead with his bare hand and then going back to what he was doing ... did I go in and order anything?!?!?!
