I was so glad when something new opened up on Beechwood, hoping to make it my new go-to place in the neighborhood. Alas, this place is a disappointment. Sandwiches are too rich - and I am not low-fat obsessed - they are just gross. Even worse is the service. You can be as "hip" as you want, but you are still in the service industry, so be friendly.
