This is a little dive in the heart of Sparks St. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the National Hotel Office Tower. The place looked unclean and could use an upgrade.The staff was friendly and they serve cheap food but you get what you pay for. The yogurt parfait had to have been the worst I have ever eaten.
