I had passed this stand few times until I realized that they were selling vegan food. You get a soy milk or bean curd (either cold or hot with something that appears to be watery maple syrup?! Could be something else. Anyways, very basic stuff but very inexpensive. (A bowl of curd costs 12 HKD and it's a fair portion.
