Scooters usually has what I go there to get. If the item is supposed to be warm, it is. The employees are usually grumpiness-free. Nothing to complain about really. Poor service. Poor quality drinks. Ordered a LARGE caramel blender. Got medium. I informed them of this error, even said I 'd pay for the difference.. instead..they took it and added milk to a large cup which diluted the flavor. So I came back and had it remade...they gave me a medium frothy drink.. barely any ice...with the INCORRECT milk base. They said they were out of the ice cream based milk...if that 's the cas...
