Our favorite Mexican place closed, so we opted to try Mr. Pancho's. We've driven past it 100's of times and never given it a thought. The food was very basic. VERY basic. It isn't a very comfortable place to eat. It was hot and humid inside. Service was bare bones. Our waitress took our order, brought our food and check, but we never saw her otherwise.
