We had tried their grilled chicken and didn't like the texture. They had a special on wings so we thought why not try them again 20 wings for $20 great deal! We got home and we were shorted wings. We called and we were told no way they shorted us wings, they have 3 people go through the cooking process, they don't make extra and they didn't not short us.
