Best Chinese food around. Been going for years and always friendly service. Cash only, no delivery, and tough finding a parking spot knocks a star off for me. If they had delivery we'd probably order a few times a month, but because of the parking, we only bother a few times a year. There isn't much seating, but I always take out so not a big deal. Ordered from this place about four times now since moving to the area. The Singapore Mai Fun is good. Most of the time the food is okay, this time the eggrolls smelled off, maybe the grease was old. Mediocre is right, and the place definitely isn't passing any cleanliness tests.
