Everything was fresh and I received what I ordered, but my absolute biggest complaint is that the rolls on the lunch menu are mostly crunchy filling, hardly any fish in there. Both the Spicy Tuna Salmon rolls were maybe 20% fish, the rest was filling. It was so much crunchy filling that the rolls were so dry and hard to eat. The Spicy Scallop roll was also 80% crab.
