Ordered food at 2pm for four people for pickup (or eat in if possible--didn't happen) at 5:30. Arrived at 5:15 and waited until well after 6pm. What I got was two lukewarm chewy pizzas, a kale salad that should have been blanched OR SOMETHOING, and a stromboli which was ok.
