We are sad that the Walters are leaving and wanted one last meal from them. As always, everything was amazing! Cardamom on trout was special. And a surprise savory ice cream with gorgonzola, accompanied by candied ground nuts and a honey drizzle! And oh! The biscuits! Thank you so much! The whole sustainability thing appears to be a fabrication. No local seafood, nor even focus on local wines. Could have been any restaurant anywhere. The scallops and accompanying savory rice pudding were great. My halibut was well overcooked even though the waiter made a point of noting it would be medium rare.
