Lovely interior. Not a big shop before the Departure lounge. Love the RM28 combo set. I chose salted caramel cappuccino with butterscotch salted caramel muffin. Both were slightly salty and sweet. The muffin and chicken ciabatta sandwich was moist. Service was fast since no crowd but I would like suggest to have a marker pen and write down the drinks on the paper cups. Customer service is horrible, I love Costa coffee but the service provided in langkawi branch is honestly poor. I have ordered 2 drinks: flat white and the 2nd order was hot milk( because my gf couldn't take coffee that morning prior to flight), they couldn't take my order bcoz they don't know how to price it so I asked them to charge as any drink but they refused.
