Hulu used to be my favourite restaurant in Sydney for dumplings. I came back a couple of times recently and the xiao long bao seem to have fallen in quality. The broth tastes watery; the filling has lost some of its richness, and the dough doesn't hold as well as it used to and breaks too easily.
