We had lunch here on March 11 and we were disappointed. It looked like the enchiladas in the Enchiladas de mole have been prepared well ahead of time and they were given a bath of mole before serving. Similarly, the base of the petroleras was mushy, as it soaked up the liquid from the refried beans, and the layer of cheese on the top was hard and cold. The carnitas was added before serving.
