The owner is unacceptable. I asked for prime rib. After an hour we were served a plate of sliced steaks. It should be noted that it was Thursday night and not the weekend. When I politely told the waitress that this wasn 't prime rib the BOSS came out of the grill and only wood that I didn 't eat. At first he told me: yes, it 's not a rib but a mixed lamb.
