To be fair, there was a boil water notice for city. Paper menu with NO prices. Eating on paper plates with plastice ware. I ordered a cheeseburger/fries with extra onions. They did not have any onions and a canned Dr Pepper, which was not cold and, of course, no ice. View all feedback.
