Staff and customer service is the only pro here. The pho itself, this is not it. Broth is no depth and zero flavor what what a real bowl of pho should be. Broth tasted like hot water. I love deep love for pho but this place ain't it. The spicy one, I think they use gochujang which doesn't mix well with pho at all... would not recommend.
