Too rushy since it was the peak of the season. But the staff is exceptional. Do they give some training to the staff? All of them starting from the watchmen to the manager was so helpful. What works? Decent ambience and fast service. Good portion sizes. Good parking. What doesn't? Food! Gobhi Manchurian and Mushroom Do Pyaza had sugar in it. Curd in Curd Rice was sour. Veg Noodles were flavourless. And Pasta had skin of garlic cloves. When asked, they shamelessly said that it's too much work to peel garlic properly.
