Delicious locally sourced ingredients make for the best Paella, started with grilled fish plate, bread, olives and the most amazing aiolli. This was washed down with 2 bottles of Majorcan wine, which was a recommendation from the waiter. Lovely atmosphere and surroundings made for a lovely evening!
