MashaAllah brother Tim whose the chef at the food struck is an absolute rock star. Stopped by his food truck while on my way back to Hamilton. Whipped up a terrific spicy pulled beef with a side of fries. A very fun loving and an easygoing guy. Would recommend it to everyone who stops by the food truck.
