We love it! We just moved to the area and we already made 3 trips to Palouse Caboose! The owner and the staff are wonderful and the food is exceptional. Born and raised in the best barbeque in the world in Kansas City, we did not expect to find a good grill in such a place, but its is excellent! We also appreciate the other items on the menu such as the nachos, the fish and chips and the burgers. All were delicious.... View all feedback.

Met friends for lunch, after reading reviews and checking out website we were excited to try the food. Left disappointed, the brisket was cut very thin and over cooked. We ordered the same time our friends did and were almost finished eating when their meal arrived. View all feedback.
