Excellent fish and chips. The dough was extremely light, almost a tempura battery, and the portions of the fish were good for the price. Burning these beautiful beauties in tartaric acid is a tragedy that should be punished by death. Only a small malt vinegar is everything you need. Also had the Thai chicken pasty.
