First impressions are very important. Came to the restaurant, sat down, after a while I thought you need to actually get your own menu and your order. The bartender was before me all the time and didn't even mention it. For customer service. I ordered a Fried Fish Sandwich and a coke, a total of $24. Food was okay, not wow!
