What stunning food. We had almost 3 months traveling in the USA, Canada and Alaska and this was definitely the highlight of our culinary journey. The Camarones Culiacan are a dream come true... our congratulations to the Chef and his staff. We stayed 4 nights and worked our way through this exciting menu and wine cellar.
