I’ve been coming to Chez Marianne since 1984, when the Marais was still the Pletzl and great Jewish food was still in abundance. Over the years, one after another of the restaurants on or just off of the rue des Rosiers was drowned in the massive waves of gentrification, but Chez Marianne is still going strong.
