Excellent freshness and taste: oysters, mussels, lobster salad, grilled live lobster, duck confit, tuna tartare were delicious. In particular the grilled lobster was cooked to perfection. We ordered mille-feuille for dessert. The cream was light and hence nice. Onion soup was passable. The onion was not caramelised or ‘browned’ sufficiently. Prices are not low. This restaurant was booked one month in advance. And they no problem at all to reserve a table for one. Fresh seafood platter, which was ruined by the main tuna tartare, which I haven't finished as it wasn't fresh.I know it is central place and the prices were absolutely reasonable for me however I think £9 euro for a bottle of water is a bit too much.
