We made an online reservation on The Fork/La Fourchette for Tuesday, August 1. We had a nice 30 minute walk from our apartment in the 7th to Le Perron only to find it closed when we arrived. It seems they are closed for renovations or for summer break, but it is still on the site for people to make reservations. I can't believe this hasn't happened to other would-be diners.
