Finally tried this place. I had the strawberry matcha, which I enjoyed (5/5) and my mom had the Ube Vietnamese coffee which she loved (5/5). The thing that bumped down the rating was the very sad strawberry croffle. We waited almost 10 minutes for it and ended up being very small (see photo).
