we loved this local restaurant near the doms in PARMA. they are specialized in local artisan foods. the ravioli with parmigiano Reggiano cheese and black truffles were excellent taste breaks in our mouth. the cheese plate was sublime. we also enjoyed the crunchy and bubbly lambrusco. not least the affogato was perfect for dessert on such a hot julitag. we would definitely return to enjoy the ravioli again.
