It is really cool you can make your own noodle just the way you like. They have my favorite bean sprouts, king oyster mushrooms and pork wontons! My husband chose tonkotsu ramen and I did pumpkin udon. The pumpkin soup was really good....the pumpkin flavor is subtle, not overpowering. Called on Monday(12/27) to schedule a safety check inspection, they said they 're not doing it today. I said that 's fine, can I schedule one for Friday. She said we don 't do appointments for safety check, walk ins only. Came in today at 7:55 to check in for a safety check inspection. She says they 're not doing safety checks until next week.
