She did everything she could to make it right. They really are genuine here and care about meeting customer expectations. It's not lip service. That's a rare thing. I'll keep coming back here. I ordered Papa John 's through Door Dash. Our expected time of delivery was at 7:30pm. Approximately 40 min after our order went in. At 7:27pm I get a message that our dinner order is cancelled because we weren 't able to make it !No heads up, no nothing...and my kids were hungry and totally looking forward to it.
